We are currently recruiting outstanding individuals as Outdoor Activity Instructors. If you think you have what it takes to become an Instructor we invite you to apply. Applicants will come from many walks of life and will have something special to add to the company. Role
An Instructor's primary role is the responsible delivery and facilitation of quality outdoor education programmes to students, young people and corporate clients at any of our three sites. Instructors will be required to demonstrate a high duty of care to all clients, including the emotional, social, mental and physical welfare of each individual. Instructors need to be fit, stable individuals as they will be required to keep up with active students for the duration of each program (1-5 days). Conditions
The instructor position is generally casual in nature. This is in response to client demand on a week to week basis. Some part-time and full-time positions are available. A remuneration package will be negotiated with successful applicants according to her/his qualifications and experience and the responsibilities of the position. Selection Criteria
