What happens next?
Please remember that our centre is VERY popular
during Term 1 and Term 4. Assuming we can squeeze you in we will
make a tentative booking for your preferred dates, or offer you
alternative dates instead. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will
be generally be required to hold your booking.
We will post you an Organisation Pack that will
include all the paperwork that is required at your end (eg, consent
forms, medical forms, maps, etc).
We will stay in close contact with you while you
work out how many students are coming, and what activities you would
like them to participate in. During this time we can also send a
staff member to your school to talk to the students, teachers and/or
parents and provide them with valuable face-to-face camp information.
After being provided with a list of your preferred
activities we will draw up a draft program for your perusal. Please
be aware that we often run multiple programs simultaneously at our
centres, so it is not always possible to please everyone all of
the time. We do apologise if we can't timetable all of your preferred
activities.
A week or two before the camp date we will ask
for final attendance numbers. This allows us to finalise our timetables
and programs.
All you need to do after that is pack the bags
on the busses when they arrive at your school, and enjoy the trip.
