Activities Instructor – Tea Gardens, Kincumber & Lake Mac

Ready to kickstart 2025 with a job that’s anything but ordinary? We’re on the lookout for energetic, outdoorsy adventurers to join our team as Activity Instructors this January!

As an Activity Instructor, you’ll enjoy a fun and dynamic role that requires a unique blend of skills. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the health and well-being of a group of students, engaging them in a variety of structured activities both on and off-site during their stay, typically lasting three days.

In addition to leading activities, you’ll assist during meal times and help facilitate evening events, such as disco nights or trivia challenges. You’ll also share unforgettable moments, like swapping stories around the campfire or cheering on students as they smash their goals.

What do you need?

  • A can-do attitude and a love for the great outdoors—no prior experience required!
  • Current Bronze Medallion and First Aid Certificate (both of which can be obtained during the training process).
  • A commitment to child safety, including completing our screening process before starting with a NSW working with children’s check.

Job Type: Permanent Part-time (up to five days a week; camps are not held during school holidays)

Our Centres

The Tea Gardens centre has been operating for over 20 years, its sits on 70 acres, has 41 onsite and offsite activities and can house 900 students.

The Kincumber centre has been operating since 2012, it holds around 330 students with 18 onsite activities including our first 3 person giant swing!

Our Lake Mac site can house 300 students with 19 onsite activities.
