Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue growth and increasing market share for GABCs products and services.
- Assist with sales activities for GABC events and conferences, ensuring maximum visibility and participation to increase customer engagement and lead generation.
- Develop and implement an account management strategy to optimise relationship management of GABC customers and stakeholders (teachers, parents, schools).
- Strong understanding of sales channels and techniques, including industry conferences and trade shows, direct sales.
- Monitor trends in market, and be responsive with strategies to mitigate.
- Identify opportunities in existing bookings calendars and implement strategies to ensure highest utilisation of our sites.
- Develop and contribute to new product development in line with customer needs.
- Partner with the business to analyse data identifying market trends and insights.
- Develop KPIs to monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to GABC Board and Management.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure cost effective use of resources.
- Assist with the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy, ensuring effective communications externally with various stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and implementation of CRM tools and other technology.
Requirements
- Full drivers license.
- Ability to travel to our sites, conferences and visit our customers.
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident or hold a valid Work Visa in Australia.
- Comfortability with working hours which may include occasional tasks outside normal working hours.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Hold and keep current NSW WWCC.
